eyyy one of my favourite Phantom Hourglass characters! I've always loved Joanne, her design is super cute, and I loved her little sidequests~ <3  Although I may be biased because I love mermaids lmaoo

anyways, I had to draw her for a school project, so I figured I'd upload this here, too.
